Types

The 5 Energy Types in Human Design — Generator, MG, Manifestor, Projector, Reflector.

• Generator

The Generator type in Human Design: defined Sacral Center, sustainable life force, the strategy to respond, and satisfaction as the true signature.

• Manifesting Generator

The Manifesting Generator is a Sacral type with a motor-to-Throat link: respond first, inform second, then move fast and skip the steps that drag.

• Manifestor

Manifestors are roughly 9% of people — initiators with a motor-to-Throat connection. Their strategy is to inform, then act, for peace instead of anger.

• Projector

The Projector is a non-energy guide type designed to recognize others. Wait for the invitation, live your signature of success, not bitterness.

• Reflector

The Reflector is the rarest Human Design type with all nine centers undefined, mirroring their environment and waiting a lunar cycle to decide.
